ジャック・カロ
フランス版画の父、Jacques Callot(1592-1635)。カリカチュアの父でもありますね。400年前に漫画やアニメの元祖を作った偉大な芸術家。
戦争の惨禍シリーズは美術館で生前刷りの実物を観ましたが、371年前にこれだけの版画を作っていたとはいろんな意味で驚きです。
